GO WILD™ is pre-portioned into two servings and packaged in vacuum-sealed trays designed to lock in freshness. In fact, GO WILD™ will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to seven days!

Pre-cut fish

Our GO WILD™ fish are hand-filleted and trimmed, then hand-cut into 4 oz. servings.

Peeled raw shrimp

GO WILD™ shrimp is peeled and deveined for your cooking convenience. Each tray contains two 4 oz. portions of large (31/35 count per pound) Gulf shrimp.

Hand-graded scallops

Our scallops are hand-graded and hand-processed with the utmost care to preserve their sweet taste and firm texture. Each tray provides two 4 oz. portions of large (10-20 count per pound) sea scallops.

Stays fresh in your refrigerator for up to seven days.

Simply store sealed trays in your refrigerator (38°F or below) until you are ready to use. If you have purchased GO WILD™ frozen — be sure to keep it frozen. Then thaw the sealed trays in your refrigerator for 3-4 hours before use.

Seafood should never be refrozen.

How can GO WILD™ seafood possibly stay fresh (and odor-free) in the refrigerator for up to a week?

The secret to its extended shelf life is the recyclable plastic tray with its patented vacuum-sealed film. The plastic film actually breathes! Microscopic holes let air molecules pass through, but the larger moisture molecules are trapped inside.

Once thawed — it will stay as fresh as the day it was caught for a full week. Can't remember exactly which day you purchased GO WILD? Just don't consume it after the retailer's stated "Use By" date.
